Enhance Dance is pleased to announce the successful completion of the first online C-I Training Teachers Course! The course ran twice weekly on Zoom through the month of August. EnhanceDance's, Andrea Downie, was the Visiting Guest Artist at University of Calgary this winter, instructing Intermediate Contemporary Dance, Intermediate Jazz Dance, Elementary Jazz Dance, and Introduction to Contemporary Dance. What a great experience to work with all the fantastic students, faculty and staff!

Andrea also taught the Level 1 C-I Training Teacher Course & Certification in Calgary this spring. Congratulations to the newest certified C-I Training teachers!

EnhanceDance's Andrea Downie enjoyed a summer of guest teaching across Canada. She began in Guelph working with the Guelph Youth Dance Company and at Guelph Dance's Arts Explosion dance-focus camp. She then gave her continuing professional development courses for teachers, Multisensory Teaching Methods and Enhancing Turnout, to teachers in Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, and Ottawa - part of a tour for Royal Academy of Dance Canada. She also taught youth and adult dancers at Judy Russell's Enchainement Dance Centre Summer Dance Intensive in Prince George, BC. What a joy to work with committed dancers and educators across Canada!
